Hi! I'm Audrey. Welcome to my first blog entry! Have you seen those foam rollers at the gym or at the store and wondered what they are for? Foam rolling is an effective way to provide myo-fascial release to sore, tight, stiff areas. In fact, rolling has been shown to provide more relief than stretching for tight, stiff muscles. It also aids in recovery after a tough workout. Various types of rollers, pins and balls are available to help keep you feeling great.
