Toni King

Hi, I'm Toni.  I'm sharing my journey through injury and illness to a level of fitness I never knew possible.  Having overcome a ladder fall and broken back, melanoma, and joint pain, I'm now happy to share my journey to health and be a partner with you in yours.  It's my goal to connect personally with my clients and keep a positive, fun attitude.

I am an ACE Certified Health Coach, an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, a Fitness and Swim Instructor at Stanford School of Medicine, an Aqua Aerobics Instructor, an SCW certified Yoga Instructor, a qualified TRX instructor, certified Keiser Spin Instructor, an NASM Golf Fitness Specialist, and a Red Cross CPR/AED instructor.

I have a Third Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, have run multiple marathons, and currently enjoy swimming, scuba diving, surfing, and just about any outdoor sport with my wife Audrey and our three children.

Audrey Ryder

Hi, I'm Audrey. I was an accomplished athlete in my youth, competing internationally as a rower.  But with a back injury and the challenges that come with balancing a career and family life, fitness took a back seat in my twenties and thirties. With mounting health issues, I decided to make significant changes that put me back on track.  Now, at the age of 50, I feel stronger and healthier than ever. Inspiring others to achieve their goals is my passion.

I am a 200 RYT Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an NASM Senior Fitness Specilist, an ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, and a USMS Swim Coach.

I rowed crew for the United States National Team and Stanford University. As a distance swimmer, I completed a solo Lake Tahoe crossing, and was the pace swimmer for an English Channel crossing. I currently compete in Springboard and Platform Diving with Stanford Masters.

Our dedicated team includes experienced, caring, certified, professionals in fitness and wellness including personal training, swimming, yoga, pilates, senior fitness, barre, cross-training, zumba, meditation, sound bath, reiki, massage, nutrition and more.


About
Concierge Service

Included in our concierge service are: fitness assessments, collaboration with your doctor, goal-setting sessions, health coaching, personalized workouts tailored to your goals, remote training and text support.  Billed at a flat-rate, monthly or semi-annually.

Individual Sessions

An alternative to our concierge service, individual training sessions can be booked a-la-carte.  These include personal training sessions (strength, stretch, cardio), golf cross, assessments, health coaching, remote sessions, TRX, swimming, cooking coaching and more.

Corporate Packages

Group presentations, group classes, and individual sessions are all available through our corporate wellness program. Find out more about our topics and packages to provide your employees access to premium wellness programming live on Zoom or in person.

Services

Concierge Service: Includes consultation, fitness assessment, collaboration with your doctor, phone and text support, and 1-3 weekly personal training sessions (or other types of sessions from the list below).

Initial Consultation: If you're not sure where to start, schedule a consultation and we'll figure out where you want to go, and how to get there.

Fitness Assessment: Chose from a variety of assessments so you can get objective measures of your fitness -- before you begin a new routine, and along the way to track progress.  Assessments include Functional Movement Screen, Body Composition, Vo2max Estimate, Strength, Flexibility and Balance.

Personal Training sessions encompass classic methods such as weight training, cardio, and core strength, as well as focused sessions on balance, posture, HIIT, Tabata, golf cross training, stretching, myofascial release, and TRX.

Corporate wellness presentation, seminars, and classes include meditation, breathwork, yoga, stretch, custom videos, pilates, zumba, ergonomics, stress management and much much more.  We have 50 topics to choose from to complete your corporate wellness offering - on your site, at ours, and/or online.

Health Coaching sessions encompass fitness assessments, goal-setting sessions, weight management, and text and phone support.

Swim Lessons and Coaching sessions encompass one-on-one and group classes from"fear of water" to beginner swimming and advanced training for adults and children and Aqua Aerobics.

Healthy Cooking Coaching: Private sessions with a cooking coach who will teach you how to shop, stock your pantry, and discover healthy and delicious ways to eat at home -- for meals, snacks, and entertaining.

Personalized Written Workout: Workout delivered in PDF form with descriptions and pictures of each exercise, so you can complete workouts on your own.  New workouts writen for variety and as you level up or require modifications.

Remote Session:  Personal training sessions conducted remotely via Skype.  For those who live outside of the Bay Area, or who travel or have second homes.
